I hereby, as the authorized representative of ________________________ ______________________, understand and agree that I, my heirs and assigns, will hold HARMLESS Holy-Martin Inc., Silver Springs Nature Park, Festival Fun Parks, LLC, their agents, representatives, trustees, officers and employees, from any injuries, including death or damages to our goods, wares or merchandise that we may suffer while on the event field or anywhere in or on The Silver Springs Nature Park property during the Ocala Scottish Highland Games & Celtic Festival. I will not file any claims against the organizers of said festival and games for damages to person or property while attending said festival and games. I fully understand that I (or my personal Insurance Company ) will be responsible for any damage to person or property while attending the festival and games.
