I hereby release Ocala Scottish Highland Games, Florida Horse Park and their officers, staff, and volunteers of any and all claims of injury and/or inconvenience that I, my heirs, agents, representatives, and/or administrations of my estate may have in damages which may be suffered by me during the competition, against the Ocala Scottish Highland Games & Celtic Festival, and their agents and/or representatives, and the owner of the property on which the competition is held. I also understand and agree that any photographs, slides, videotapes, or moving pictures that may be made by and for the Ocala Scottish Highland Games & Celtic Festival of the participants of any competition may be used by the Ocala Scottish Highland Games & Celtic Festival in any manner.
